Please write an Email to <a href=\"mailto:symposium@phzg.ch\">Symposium@phzg.ch<\/a>.<\/p><p>Here are a few general tips that might help with technical issues:<\/p><p><em>Before the conference<\/em><\/p><ul><li>If you are using the zoom app, check if you have got the latest version<\/li><li>If you are using zoom via browser, try to open the conference link with another browser<\/li><\/ul><p><em>During the conference<\/em><\/p><ul><li>Leave the conference and re-enter. Privacy and rules for online conferences<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-7833\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-7833\"><p><strong>3.1 Privacy<\/strong><\/p><p>When you have registered for the conference, you have accepted our conditions of participation. Please find the Zoom privacy statement on the following website: <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/privacy\">https:\/\/zoom.us\/privacy<\/a>. We ask you to take note of this. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us <a href=\"mailto:symposium@phzg.ch\">Symposium@phzg.ch<\/a>. To protect your data, please note the following:<\/p><ul><li>Other participants are visible as participants. You can give yourself a name when dialing in. If you do not want to enter your real name, you can also enter a \u00abnickname\u00bb.<\/li><li>The conference is recorded. Please note that if you answer during the conference, you will be heard \/ seen.<\/li><li>You can decide for yourself whether you want to turn on the camera or not.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.2 Rules for online conferences<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>&#8220;Check in&#8221; a few minutes earlier before the conference starts. So, you can make sure that everything works for you and we all still have time to react. That also helps us to start the conference on time.<\/li><li>Use of headset is recommended.<\/li><li>We also recommend to use the gallery or speaker view.<\/li><li>Please be sure, that your microphone is off when you are not speaking. This way, background noise can be avoided.<\/li><li>If you would like to contribute or ask a question, use the feature \u00abraise your hand\u00bb or the \u00abQ&amp;A\u00bb or simply the chat.<\/li><li>If you have any questions, please name the person to whom the question is addressed. So it is clear who should return from silent mode.<\/li><li>There may be delays in the voice transmission. Please have a little patience and allow a second to pass to realize that the other person has spoken. We encourage as many participants as possible to make themselves visible by video or photo. You can upload a portrait photo in your zoom app or zoom login if you have registered with zoom.<\/p><p>The symposium aims to support the participants to exchange knowledge with national and international experts, to help participants make new contacts and cultivate existing contacts and professional relationships. The core idea of WELS is to share ideas, knowledge, and experiences. Therefore, we offer the following options beside the fixed program of WELS:<\/p><p><strong>Meet and Greet in a virtual ap\u00e9ro<\/strong> after the official program of the conference. The recordings are only an information and meant for repeated listening for participants. You can participate using a desktop computer, laptop or mobile device. With a second device (e.g. desktop computer + laptop, mobile device or 2 screens) participating in the conference is even more convenient.<\/p><p>You haven\u2019t used Zoom before and want to test it?
