Im Parallelprogramm diskutieren Teilnehmende in parallelen Roundtables aktuelle Herausforderungen\u00a0 und Chancen zu Fragen der Qualit\u00e4t und Weiterentwicklung von Bildung und Schule sowie von p\u00e4dagogischer F\u00fchrung. Ziel ist es, sich \u00fcber aktuelle Entwicklungen zu informieren und Erfahrungen und Wissen zu teilen. Die Konferenzsprachen sind Englisch, Deutsch und Franz\u00f6sisch.<\/p>\n<p>Im Fokus des WELSmain 2022 stehen folgende Themen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>COVID-19 und Bildung:<\/strong> Wie haben Bildungssysteme weltweit auf die Pandemie reagiert? Wie kann es gelingen, den Aufbruch in Digitalit\u00e4t zu verstetigen? Wo braucht es Standards, wo flexible L\u00f6sungen?<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00dcberg\u00e4nge in der Bildungskette:<\/strong> Wo liegen Herausforderungen? Was ist zu tun, um attraktive und stabile Anschl\u00fcsse f\u00fcr eine bestm\u00f6gliche Bildung vorzuhalten?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Krieg und Frieden in Unterricht und Schule:<\/strong> Wie geht Schule mit dieser und anderen, die Kinder und Jugendlichen ersch\u00fctternden Krisen um?
